The App Store for Apple Macs offers a discounts of up to less than seventy percent of the original price on thirteen gamesand this for a limited time.
For what ?
Here’s what the company says on the page of its website where the promotion is announced: “Some of our favorite Mac games are available at a reduced price for a limited time. Don’t miss this opportunity. » The following statement is then added: “Not all games are available on all devices or in all countries or regions. »
Apple does not clearly explain the reasons for these sales, but it could be that the objective is to further promote gaming on Macs equipped with Apple Silicon chips. Gaming was also discussed during the presentation of macOS Sequoia, with the announcement of Assassin’s Creed Shadows on Mac on November 15.
Regarding today’s promotion, at least half of the games that are eligible for a price drop require an M1or a newer chip, to work properly.
