Nathalie Caillé was born on November 13, 1964 in La Réorthe. After obtaining a CAP as a clothing mechanic in 1981, she worked in this profession for nine years at Rivalland in La Réorthe. She married Christophe in 1984 and from this union two children were born, Morgan and Sébastien.

In 1992, she joined Les Croisettes in Chantonnay where she held various positions, maintenance, lingerie and care assistance, where her vocation perhaps came from.

In 1998, she was recruited as a service agent at the Érables housing center which had just opened and will remain there until Tuesday, November 12, 2024. She obtained the territorial technical agent competition there in 2003, then began her validation of the acquired experience as a caregiver from 2008. In 2012, she was appointed caregiver.

Nadine Prieur, director and colleague of Nathalie Caillé, praises her constant investment in each of its missions. Rigorous, dynamic, smiling and always ready to joke, she was part of the walls .

Today, I will be able to continue my campervan trips with Christophe, enjoy scooter outings and walks with friends,” confides the young retiree.
