QAlmost two years to the day after the events, André, the T4 supporter, who had the match between Sporting de Charleroi and Malines stopped, on November 12, 2022, was condemned by the Tribune de Première Instance du Hainaut – division Charleroi to compensate Sporting de Charleroi to the tune of almost 65,000 euros.

This represents a fine of 60,000 euros paid by the club to the Pro League and the Belgian Federation for stopping the match, 3,750 euros in basic procedural compensation costs, 337.24 euros in citation costs as well as only 165 euros for the court registry fee.

Appeals are possible, but given the facts and evidence in the case, it might as well mean a heavier financial sentence in the end.
