On the sidelines of a final of Quel talent! which was disrupted by technical problems affecting the voting, production quickly fixed things to postpone the big reveal of the winner this Thursday.
So a highlights episode was turned into a reveal episode.
At the end of the public vote, which was extended by one day, it was the dance troupe Stardust who won the grand prize of $100,000. An honor which was greeted with total joy and a shower of confetti.
Obviously, these images had been pre-recorded with all the finalists, in the event of victory.
As we know, the members of Stardust distinguished themselves all season with absolutely original choreographies, including the one in which the children transformed into old men, or this other choreography where the troupe parodied Serge Denoncourt.
The latter had also declared in the final “ you know, you are my favorites! », a reply which must certainly have fueled the votes.
We would like to offer them our most sincere congratulations, for their talent, their originality, their humor and their liveliness. It will be a great pleasure to meet them again later in other projects.

Congratulations to the entire team, the production and the participants, who gave us a first season of What talent! lived up to our expectations. Now let’s hope for a second season, with the same judges!
