NARRATIVE – This 32-year-old man would be notably involved in the attack with concrete blocks on several homeless people, in Évry, Lyon and Rotterdam.
CCTV footage from the city of Rotterdam, Netherlands, is staggering. On November 5 at 3:40 a.m., a hooded Cameroonian carrying two large bags was filmed walking past a 37-year-old homeless man sleeping in front of the maritime museum. About ten minutes later, the individual recognizable by his orange lace-up sneakers appeared in front of the man, still lying on the ground. With the tip of his foot, he seems to feel the contents of a bag placed near the homeless man's face.
At 4:04 a.m., he appears again in the images with a sort of large block of concrete that he carries on his head. After gaining momentum, he throws it point-blank towards the face of the victim, lying down and defenseless. Seriously injured, the homeless man is plunged into a coma. The attacker fled on a train towards Belgium.
