“The 27-year-old man allegedly participated in a murder that occurred in the Ahuntsic–Cartierville district on May 14,” specifies the SPVM in a media advisory.

According to police authorities, Dylan Denis is a white-skinned man, aged 27, French-speaking.

“He is around 1.70m tall and weighs around 77kg. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his body, including one on his neck with the inscription “CRIME PAY$” as well as on his hands, back, torso and arms.

On Tuesday, the Montreal Police Department announced the arrest of two suspects in this case.

The SPVM says that on May 14, around 8:20 p.m., 911 received a report concerning noises resembling gunshots and the presence of an unconscious man on Avenue du Parc, near Rue Legendre. , in the district of Ahuntsic–Cartierville.

“The suspects reportedly quickly fled in a vehicle before the police arrived. The victim was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead,” adds the SPVM.

It was the 11the homicide of the year 2024 on the island of Montreal.
