There was Territory Start-Up in 2016, 2017 and 2019. Clus’Ter Jura is relaunching the dynamic this year with a new name: Crépite and “always the idea of mobilizing citizens to generate new ideas for the territory », summarizes Lauren Deutsch, project manager.

In January, a core team was formed to imagine this new event. Several players are involved around Clus’Ter Jura: Demain cooperative group, Biocoop, EDF “A river, a territory” Massif du Jura, BGE, Malakoff Humanis Agirc-Arrco, Made in Jura, Atelier Zou, Pays Lédonien and Ecla.

They set up a first phase which consisted of meeting residents during thematic workshops. These are organized within the framework of the City of Change. There are two left: “Housing” at the Carrefour de la communication in Lons-le-Saunier, this Saturday, June 22, at 10 a.m., and “Fresco of local commitment,” Wednesday, June 26, at 2 p.m., at the Padouk gallery.

Meetings are also possible at the markets from Thursday morning until the end of the month and on June 21 at the municipal restaurant then at the music festival. “New ideas may emerge or we will be able to discuss nascent projects that need to be supported,” develops Lauren Deutsch.

All this to support the big event evening on September 13. Workshops will be organized to respond to the major issues of the territory. Registrations to participate will be compulsory and possible from June 30.

Support from October to June

It will then be a question of bringing the projects to fruition with support until June 2025 from the project to the launch of activity by Clus’Ter Jura. “We will study together the economic model, the partners to solicit, the financing options…”, explains the project manager. For the entire event, a budget of around 100,000 euros has been planned, subsidized by the Region, Ademe, Ecla, the City of Lons, Crédit Agricole, Edf, Véolia and Malakoff Humanis.

“The idea is to bring this event back regularly. » It could be every two/three years.

These projects were born from Territory Start-Up: Oh the tarpaulin!, I love my bottles, the Compagnie des Triporteurs and L’atelier textile jurassien.
