My first is an unexpected encounter, My second is a little part of the journey, My third is a future still full of unforeseen events. My everything is the union of Myriam and Jean-Claude, celebrated on Saturday November 9. On the theme Country and Bohemia, proposed by the future bride and groom, Agnès Simon-Picquet, Mayor of Junies, after recalling the stages of the two past lives of the future bride and groom in front of an assembly of parents and friends of more than eighty people, united Myriam Alexandre, Creative Artist and Jean-Claude Callault, Chef de Cuisine, both new residents of the commune of Junies. It was with great warmth from the depths of all hearts and the most beautiful smiles that, after the wine of honor and the appetizer, the guests were able to enjoy the meal prepared by our Chef. As a starter, salmon opera, followed by foie gras with mango chutney. For the main course, the filet mignon with porcini mushrooms on a Comté gratin. Then the salad and its cheese platter. And sweet pleasures for dessert. All washed down with the best Lotois wines. Meal interspersed with games in which the guests were involved. Obviously the musical evening which followed added a beautiful dancing atmosphere and the dancers did not stop until the very end of the night, on this Sunday morning. Congratulations and Long Road to Myriam and Jean-Claude, the new Junicois.
