She held her first information meeting to attract volunteers on Saturday November 9, 2024, in Sablé-sur-Sarthe. A new association called Let's Cultivate Eating Better is launching locally, with ambitious projects. We present it to you.
What is the purpose of this new association?
It is a non-profit popular education association. Based in Sablé-sur-Sarthe, it wants to spread across the Sarthe Valley Country, the mixed entity which brings together the communities of communes of the Sabolian Country, LBN (Loué-Brûlon-Noyen) and Val de Sarthe (La Suze).
In this territory, Let’s Eat Better pursues several goals, listed in its statutes: “Promote quality healthy food accessible to all”; “helping the development of local agriculture that respects the environment and producers”; “act and encourage actions for biodiversity”; “contribute to strengthening social diversity”.
Its official creation dates from June 8, 2024. It is the work of three co-founders, who are also its three co-presidents: Annick Davy, Céline Delattre and Simone Bacles-Min.
