Friday, at the Châtillon-sur-Loire college, the Dézarnaulds prize rewarded Flavie Durand for her active participation in the life of her former college.
The Republican ceremony for awarding prizes and diplomas for the 2024 patent, at the Pierre-Dézarnaulds college in Châtillon-sur-Loire, took place on Friday in a crowded multipurpose room.
A demonstration in the presence of elected officials from surrounding communities, but also Michel Tissier, president of the Friends of Pierre Dézarnaulds association, as well as Georges Fontaine, grandson of the former doctor, general councilor, deputy and minister.
100% receipts in the class of 2024
The principal of the college, Olivier Jeulin, thanked the former students for returning to their old establishment, “the opportunity to see each other again, and there are many of you, proof that the memories are pleasant”.
The Dézarnaulds prize rewards a former student who has shown active participation in the life of the college, highlighting the involvement of all stakeholders within the establishment. The winner is Flavie Durand. She lives in Pierrefitte-ès-Bois. Currently in second grade at the Bernard-Palissy high school in Gien, she plans to become a lawyer.
Congratulating the winner, Pascale Estienne, librarian professor, gave her several books, most of them concerning the Shoah, which the college addresses through workshops, as well as sewing albums, one of Flavie's hobbies.
The event concluded with the presentation of the national patent diploma to the recipients, class of 2024 with 100% receipts.
