Rue de Cheneveau, the rehabilitation and extension work on the ground floor of the former gendarmerie administrative building is progressing well: the future face of the health center is being revealed. As for the first floor, it is being redeveloped into staff accommodation. Several market modifications were presented during the Vezins municipal council on Wednesday, November 6.
Health home
As part of the rehabilitation-extension of the ground floor of the former gendarmerie administrative building into a health home and the redevelopment of the first floor into staff housing, the municipal council approves several market modifications.
Lot No. 5 relating to the thermal insulation of walls from the outside: basic contract at €39,259.08, added value of €593.56, new contract amount at €39,852.64 including tax.
Lot No. 8 relating to exterior joinery-metalwork: basic market at €139,200, capital loss of €27,218.18, new market amount at €111,981.82 including tax.
Lot No. 9 relating to interior wood joinery and layout: basic contract at €61,021.20, modifications No. 1 with capital gain of €10,058.40, No. 2 with capital loss of €4,321 .80 €, No. 3 with capital gain of €8,899.20, new market amount of €75,657 including tax.
Lot no. 15 relating to electricity: basic contract at €67,140, capital gain of €5,962.26, new market amount at €73,102.26 including tax.
Housing estate Le Château
The municipal council approves contract modification no. 4, on lot no. 1 relating to roads, networks and servicing: basic contract at €225,478.68, modifications no. 1 with added value of €8,331 .96 €, No. 2 with capital gain of €1,557.60, No. 3 with capital gain of €3,348, i.e. new market amount of €238,716.24 including tax.
Public lighting
Cédric Van Vooren, maire, informe du « payment by the municipality of a grant fund to the Syndicat intercommunal d’energies de Maine-et-Loire (SIEML) for an operation to replace a damaged mast on the public lighting network: expenditure of €1,573.08 net of tax, competition fund of 75% of the amount to be paid, i.e. €1,179.81.

Greening the school yard
For the work to dewaterproof and revegetate the courtyard of the Evre public school, the municipal council has selected the company Bouchet TP Vezins and variant no. 2 “Temporary courtyard” for an amount of €850 excluding tax, i.e. total amount of the contract of €106,484.64 including tax.
Municipal mutual insurance
The municipal council gives its agreement for the company AXA France to offer its contracts to the inhabitants of the commune of Vezins for the establishment of a municipal mutual. The mayor specifies that a public meeting will be organized to inform residents.
Waste collection
Cédric Van Vooren indique : « From January 6, 2025, the collection of residual household waste, brown bin, will take place on Monday afternoons of odd weeks, and that of yellow bins on Friday afternoons of even weeks.
