A whole atmosphere awaited the Rouge et Or and the Carabins of the University of Montreal at the PEPS stadium earlier today. The noisy crowd of more than 17,000 spectators did not hesitate to support their favorites throughout the afternoon.
Our photographer Philippe Moussette was on site and these photos eloquently bear witness to the excitement that reigned.
The Rouge et Or was therefore left with a 22-17 victory against its eternal rivals from the metropolis, but the meeting was fertile in emotions particularly for certain players for whom this match constituted the last appearance in uniform for both sides . Coach Glenn Constantin’s team is now preparing for next week in the west.
