His building evacuated

He remembers: “I got up this morning to get some juice in the kitchen.” Outside, the night is still dark, and something unusual attracts his attention: “Through the window, I saw reflections of lights on the cars, I opened it, and there I smelled the smell of burned, I leaned over and saw the apartment next door with flames coming out everywhere. I went out and called 18. When they arrived, the firefighters and gendarmes had us evacuated from the building, as well as the residents of the neighboring building.”

In his apartment, a slight smell of smoke still lingers. Jean-Claude receives yet another phone call, which has been ringing all morning. A relative comes to inquire about his situation. “Don't worry, everything's okay, I'm a little shocked but it's okay.” What a story! “, he replies before giving the story of his morning again.
