The innovation prize which rewards an innovative approach whether in terms of source of financing, typology of real estate operation or services in the field was won by Sofiap (Mickaël Le Nezet, chairman of the management board was present for receive the prize). This company offers businesses the opportunity to finance part of their employees' real estate loans.
The two other companies named in this category were Crédit Mutuel Arkéa and Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne, for the DuoPrimo offer set up by President Julien Carmona, and also, the Neoproprio company developed by Xavier Lépine.
Falling for something
The awards jury also wanted to shine the spotlight on the innovation developed by the start-up Iudo, which offers expertise and digital solutions to facilitate access to town planning data and, ultimately, enable in particular individuals to better value their real estate. Benjamin Aubry, president and co-founder of Iudo, received this Jury's Favorite prize.
