EURO-2024 – After the Europeans, Europe continues to occupy space. Euro football kicks off this Friday, June 14 in Germany, with an opening match between the host country and Scotland (9 p.m.). This first meeting will be followed live on two channels, TF1 and BeIN Sports 1.

A few days before the start of the competition, the Qatari channel had obtained the TV rights for the 51 matches of this Euro (as well as all of those of Euro-2028). These will be broadcast on the group’s number 1 channel, while some matches will be broadcast on BeIN Sports 2, during the third group matches which will be played at the same time for each group.

As you can see in our TV schedule below, two free-to-air channels will broadcast half of the 51 matches in the competition at the same time. TF1 (12 matches) and M6 (13 matches) share all the matches of the French team, several posters from the group stage (Spain-Italy, Serbia-England, etc.), five round of 16 matches, then all the quarter and semi-finals. The final will be broadcast on M6 on July 14.

For those who wish to see the entire competition, there is no other choice than to subscribe to BeIN Sports (if you have not already done so). The channel is accessible on the different boxes (Canal+, Free, Orange, etc.), or via MyCanal under the BeIN Sports Connect formula, for 15 euros monthly, without commitment.

Christophe Dugarry will comment on M6

To comment on matches or analyze on set, BeIN Sports will be able to rely on several of its historical consultants: Marcel Desailly, Sonny Anderson, Daniel Bravo, Luis Fernandez or Omar Da Fonseca.

At TF1, most of the matches will be commentated by the in-house duo Grégoire Margotton-Bixente Lizarazu, accompanied on the pitch by Saber Desfarges. Some meetings will also be commented on by Amazon Prime Video journalist Julien Brun and consultant Youri Djorkaeff.

Among the broadcasts around the Euro on the first channel, we will find on the sidelines of the matches The Mag, still hosted as during the 2022 World Cup by Denis Brogniart, accompanied by Nadia Benmokthar, Adil Rami, Rio Mavuba and Marine Marck. The five Téléfoot Sundays are they announced “closer to the Blues” and will be hosted by Thomas Mekhiche.

At M6, the duo on air to comment will be made up of Christophe Dugarry and journalist Xavier Domergue, with Carine Galli on site.

A show called 100 euros, each match day, will be presented by Smaïl Bouabdellah. Alain Boghossian will be there, as will Christophe Galtier who should intervene on several occasions. A humorous segment entitled “video referee” will also be provided by three comedians: Younes Depardieu, Julien Santini and Samuel Bambi.
