Floods in Spain, a courageous Iranian woman and Donald Trump as president.

Spain underwater

Very heavy flooding occurred in the Valencia region in southeastern Spain. They caused the death of more than 200 people and caused enormous damage. On Tuesday, the Spanish government announced emergency aid of 10 billion euros to support the region's residents. Climate disruption, caused by human activities, is making this type of disaster more and more frequent. It is therefore important to find solutions to protect yourself from them.

A woman symbol of resistance

On November 2, in Iran, a young woman was harassed by security guards at her university because she did not wear her veil properly. In this Middle Eastern country, the law requires women to cover themselves with a veil. To protest, the young Iranian woman stripped naked in front of the university. She showed a lot of courage by walking outside in her underwear. Throughout the world, she has become a symbol of the fight for women's freedoms.

Many people have taken the images of this courageous act to create illustrations to glorify the young woman. Here are a few.

On November 6, Donald Trump was elected President of the United States against Kamala Harris. This is the second time that he has been appointed head of this powerful country. Donald Trump will therefore govern for four years. Its decisions could even have an impact throughout the world. In the United States as elsewhere, the 78-year-old billionaire does not leave you indifferent: some adore it while others fear it.
