A school confined after a gas leak near

In May-sur-Èvre (Maine-et-), a gas leak broke out around 3:30 p.m. this Thursday, November 7. Firefighters had to confine a primary school.

On November 7, 2024, it was a little after 3:30 p.m. when the firefighters were called to a gas leak in May-sur-Èvre (Maine-et-Loire).

To control the situation, firefighters had to confine a primary school in the town for the duration of the intervention. After an hour and a half, the sixteen firefighters mobilized were able to let the schoolchildren out safely.
