-3.5%. This is the rate of drop in sales prices of apartments in between November 1, 2023 and 2024, according to Meilleurs Agents. Prices remain high, with apartments selling for more than €12,000 per m2 on average, and houses at €13,000. But since the start of the school year, the market has been revitalized with the return of French buyers. Unsurprisingly, the most expensive district remains that of Place Vendôme, with an average price per m2 greater than €13,000. Note that for 2024, the property tax in Paris will increase by 3.9%. On the rental side, apartments rent on average at €35.8 per m2.
