LIVE – Trial of the assassination of Samuel Paty: the professor “felt very threatened” confirms an investigator

Me Elhamamouchi, one of Abdelhakim Sefrioui's counsel, Islamist activist and today accused in the box, addresses the investigator: “We agree to say that Mr. Sefrioui had no contact with the terrorist and he is the only one who has not had contact with him?”

The police officer on the stand confirms that the investigation did not establish this.

The lawyer continues: “When does Mr. Sefrioui's video appear? When is it posted?”

The policeman: “October 11, in the evening (at 11:50 p.m.).”

The lawyer: “Mr. Anzorov has not seen Mr. Sefrioui’s video?”

The policeman: “We have no evidence to that effect.”

The lawyer: “We agree that Mr. Sefrioui, in this video, is only asking for an administrative sanction?”

The policeman: “I think that the way the video is presented is such that it will be completely understood by the people for whom it is intended?”

The lawyer: “We agree, in this video Mr. Sefrioui is only asking for an administrative sanction? My question is simple.”

The policeman insists on the context of the video. And answers: “Yes, an administrative sanction prior to ethnic cleansing.”
