The 15-year-old teenager, seriously injured in a shooting in Poitiers (Vienna) on Thursday evening, died, announced Saturday, November 2 public prosecutor of Poitiers, Cyril Lacombe. This minor was hospitalized “in absolute emergency with a vital prognosis still involved”. Four other minors aged 15 and 16 were injured by shots fired in front of a restaurant in a district of the city. A suspect is being sought by investigators in this case linked to drug trafficking, according to authorities.
This shooting took place Thursday evening in a working-class district of Poitiers. These shots were followed by a brawl involving “50 to 60 people”according to the Poitiers prosecutor. An investigation into attempted homicide was opened, while police reinforcements were sent to the neighborhood for the weekend.
