This Friday at dawn, a young man aged 21 was stabbed in front of the Le Mille Club nightclub in Bernolsheim, in Bas-Rhin.
A Halloween party was organized there.
Despite the intervention of emergency services, the victim did not survive.
The tragedy occurred this Friday morning at the Mille Club, a nightclub located in the small town of Bernolsheim, which has just over 600 inhabitants and is located 27 kilometers from Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin). The nightclub, which can accommodate up to 1,200 people some evenings, attracted crowds on Thursday for Halloween, before the evening turned into drama a few hours later. “Around 5 a.m., I received a call from the gendarmerie to tell me that a young man aged 21 had been fatally stabbed in the chest in the parking lot of the establishment”, reports this Friday morning to TF1info the mayor of the town, Jean-Marc Diersé, still in shock.
The victim is from the area around Strasbourg
According to the councilor, emergency services arrived in the parking lot displaying Halloween decorations and now transformed into a real crime scene, to help the victim. Despite their intervention, the firefighters were unable to do anything to save the young victim, from near Strasbourg. It was the rescuers who called the police to alert them to the incident.
The Haguenau gendarmerie brigade was responsible for the investigations and several people were to be interviewed as part of the investigation opened by the Strasbourg public prosecutor's office. When requested, the criminal identification technicians intervened to carry out the readings and findings. DNA could in particular make it possible to identify the perpetrators.
According to a source close to the case, if only one person carried the fatal blow, several suspects are currently being sought. The victim was unknown to law enforcement and the justice system.
The unknown motive at the moment
Contacted by TF1info, the prosecution had not, at midday, responded to our request. It was not known whether the perpetrator had been arrested. The motive also remained unknown.
The mayor, for his part, specifies that the Mille Club nightclub, which opened in the mid-90s, had, to his knowledge, never experienced such a tragedy before this sad affair.
