The final of the 3rd edition of the pitch competition of the network Initiative took place on October 16 in . This competition aims to support the development of skills and to highlight entrepreneurs under the age of 30 who are members of In'Cube, program aimed at young people far from employment. Since its launch in 2021, In'Cube has helped more than 8,000 people create a business and granted 2,600 financial bonuses.

Twelve finalists, representing ten companies and selected by Initiative France (the first national associative network to support and finance business creation), took the stage for a presentation speech limited to two minutes.

“I loved this exercise”

Among them was Clemence Magalhaes. Supported by Initiative Val-de-Seine and Sud Seine-et-, the creator of the custom bra brand Asymétirioin Montereau-Fault-Yonne, won the audacity pitch prize. His performance, in fact, convinced the public and especially the jury chaired by Guillaume Pépy, current president of Initiative France after having led the SNCF from 2008 to 2019.

For this price, Clémence received a check for 3,000 euros. “I had the audacity to act for us, ladies, so that we no longer have to be self-conscious, to free judgment and speech from taboos, so that we can finally love each other at its true value and accomplish everything. what we must accomplish in our lives as women. This speech made sense in this month of Pink October. I loved this exercise. Thank you for this opportunity !“, she commented on her social networks.

In 2023, Initiative France supported and financed the creation or takeover of 20,025 businesses by 24,800 entrepreneurs. These companies created or saved more than 54,700 jobs. The network provided 189 million euros in honorary loans to entrepreneurs, which allowed them to obtain two billion euros from banks. The sustainability rate of supported businesses is 90% over three years.
