To cancel decree No. 018236 of May 4, 2021 issued by Abdoulaye Saidou Sow, who authorized the subdivision of Unregistered Land (TNI) of 114 hectares 31 ares 95 centiares in Ndombo Extension, for the benefit of the municipality of Ndombo Sandjiry, the movement against Alienation and Land Grabbing in the commune of Ndombo Sandjiry, located in the department of Dagana (Saint-Louis region), appealed to the Supreme Court.
Following this request, the President of the Administrative Chamber of the High Court ordered, in a correspondence addressed to their lawyer, a transport to the site this Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 10 a.m. to examine the case, reports Dakaractu.
