Abdoulaye Saydou Sow dragged before the Supreme Court

To cancel decree No. 018236 of May 4, 2021 issued by Abdoulaye Saidou Sow, who authorized the subdivision of Unregistered Land (TNI) of 114 hectares 31 ares 95 centiares in Ndombo Extension, for the benefit of the municipality of Ndombo Sandjiry, the movement against Alienation and Land Grabbing in the commune of Ndombo Sandjiry, located in the department of Dagana (Saint-Louis region), appealed to the Supreme Court.

Following this request, the President of the Administrative Chamber of the High Court ordered, in a correspondence addressed to their lawyer, a transport to the site this Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 10 a.m. to examine the case, reports Dakaractu. According to the movement, this fight against land grabbing and alienation aims to attract the attention of high state authorities, in particular the Head of State Bassirou Diomaye Faye.

“The main challenge is to recover the dispossessed land of Ndombo Sandjiry and return it to the rights holders. This is the quintessence of our fight, which we will continue to wage tirelessly, so that justice is done to the peasants, farmers, fishermen and other inhabitants of Ndombo Sandjiry.we read in a document.
