If you’re a fan of “Reacher”, Prime Video will soon offer you a new thrilling action series adapted from a very well-known literary series. Discover the first images of “Cross”.
It is one of the most popular series on Prime Video: Reacher is the new goose that lays the golden eggs on the platform. This adaptation of the series of novels by Lee Child by Nick Santora has been a hit since its first season, which brought together a large community of fans of Jack Reacher, played by Alan Ritchson.
While waiting to discover season 3, currently in production, Prime Video is releasing a new action series that should please Reacher fans. The platform has unveiled the trailer for a new adaptation of novels: that of James Patterson’s literary series on the character of Alex Cross.
These novels centered on a police officer specializing in homicide and psychology who worked for the FBI have been adapted for cinema several times, with the films The Collector and The Mask of the Spider, carried by Morgan Freeman, among others.
The character of Alex Cross is therefore back in a new action series simply titled Cross, which will soon be arriving on Prime Video. And its trailer promises a thrilling and supercharged investigation, many twists and turns and a hero as strong as he is charismatic.
A new action series whose future is assured!
Created by Ben Watkins (screenwriter on Burn Notice and Hand of God), the Cross series follows the character of Alex Cross, who is a loving family man but desperate since the murder of his wife. His grief pushes him to track down the killers, but his quest turns into an obsession.

It is the actor Ben Watkins (City on a Hill, Invisible Man, Black Adam) who slips into the skin of Alex Cross and he is accompanied by Isaiah Mustafa (Shadowhunters), Ryan Eggold (New Amsterdam), Alona Tal (SEAL Team), Johnny Ray Gill (Rectify), Eloise Mumford (Fifty Shades of Gray Trilogy) and Sharon Taylor (Altered Carbon).
The series does not yet have a broadcast date but it is on track to last. Indeed, Prime Video has already decided to renew Cross for a second season, according to Variety, even before the broadcast of the inaugural season because the bosses of the streaming service seem satisfied with the result. So, will Cross be a match for Reacher?
