  1. Our class

In a text, the CGT Energie Paris denounces the repression of Christian Porta, a CGT delegate repressed by InVivo, and summoned this Tuesday morning to the gendarmerie for custody while his company continues legal defeats.

The CGT energy Paris union provides its full support and class solidarity to the brother of struggle Christian Porta who is suffering exceptional relentlessness from the employers of the Neuhauser group.

Christian and his comrades are creators, since they completely built the CGT union within their company in a sector where we know that the employers are particularly fierce with those who fight for the general interest of workers and workers.

Christian, an exemplary union delegate with integrity, led essential struggles with his comrades, obtaining social gains, particularly on working time agreements, which in fact considerably improved the working conditions of his company’s comrades and put in place very big difficulties management, and its capitalist objectives.

Management therefore decided to launch a real social war against the union and against Christian.

While our comrade has won all his cases and has had his rogue employer convicted on several occasions, it is Christian who is summoned to the gendarmerie tomorrow and who will be taken into police custody.

What he is ultimately accused of is exercising his mandate as staff representative too well, and therefore being a real counter-power to the management of his factory.

The Parisian CGT electricians and gas workers would like to show all their solidarity and all their respect towards a brother in the struggle who represents the honor of our social class.

To all our worker sisters and brothers at Neuhauser, the Parisian CGT electricians and gas workers are with you and more than ever around Christian.

Superheroes are not in the cinema, they are in our factories.
