An 8-year-old child fell from the 4th floor of his building this Sunday morning in Villefontaine (Isère).
His older brother, aged 26, was arrested and taken into police custody.
He is suspected of having pushed the victim into the void.

The victim’s older brother, aged 26, was arrested in the family apartment. He was placed in police custody, indicated the public prosecutor of Vienna, Olivier Rabot, confirming information from the Dauphiné Libéré (new window). A psychiatric examination was requested against the accused before his placement in detention.
An investigation into attempted homicide of a 15-year-old minor has been opened by the Vienna public prosecutor’s office. She was entrusted to the Bourgoin-Jallieu Research Brigade.
