INFO ACTU LYON. A man was found dead in disturbing circumstances in an apartment in Vénissieux, near Lyon, on the evening of Sunday October 20, 2024.
The body was found around 8:30 p.m. in the accommodation which was open on rue Gabriel-Fauré, in the Minguettes district.
A 24-year-old victim known to police
The man died from a gunshot to the head, according to a source close to the case.
The victim is a 24-year-old. The individual is unfavorably known for drug trafficking.
Contacted by news Lyonthe Interdepartmental Directorate of the Rhône National Police confirms that an investigation was opened following the discovery in an apartment in Vénissieux, “of a deceased person with suspicious traces”.
The Lyon public prosecutor’s office was also asked to provide more details in this matter.
