On July 11, K, who runs a business in the neighborhood, informs F that he no longer wants to serve him in his store. He accuses him of sowing trouble in the neighborhood, plagued by drug trafficking, fights, intimidation, score-settling, etc.

He explained the facts during the hearing: “The idiot (F) came to threaten me while holding a knife in his hand.”

The scene was filmed and we see a back and forth. K and Y, another trader in the neighborhood, are accused of having struck F. The blows were contested by the two shopkeepers and they were acquitted.

K is sentenced to 50 hours of community service for threats made against F.

Two days later, two shots rang out in the street. J, K’s employee, is the perpetrator of the shooting. F is not affected, he fled and stops his course on rue de Boussu, realizing that he is no longer being pursued by J.

He declared, during the hearing, that he was also exasperated by the noxious climate in the neighborhood: “I saw a woman and children terrified, I wanted to scare her by firing two shots at the ground. Two weeks before, I had seen a man holding his intestines in his hands after being stabbed.“.

The penalties

The latter was sentenced to two years, with a three-year probationary suspension, for threats. The court did not accept the attempted homicide because the shots were not aimed at F. On the other hand, it accused the employee of having armed himself, some time after being convicted by the court.

F is sentenced to two years in prison for threats with a weapon. Described as “bledard” by his detractors who accused him of creating a climate of insecurity in the neighborhood, F did not appear at his trial. He was therefore convicted in absentia. The public prosecutor did not request his arrest.
