- Sanofi wants to finalize the sale of Opella to the CD&R fund, with the support of the French State which has obtained guarantees. The enterprise value retained is €16 billion. The laboratory is revising upwards its EPS forecasts for 2024 activities.

- Boeing sold Thales Digital Receiver Technology, a small defense subsidiary that makes surveillance equipment for the US military.
- Orange finalizes its departure from the New York Stock Exchange.
