On the Janval side, in Dieppe (Seine-Maritime), two real estate projects will emerge in the years to come. There is that of Logeo Seine, which provides for 32 social housing and that of the lessor Logeal Immobilière.

The second is the most substantial: 102 housing units will be distributed across several buildings. The lessor acquired the land going from rue Louis-Fromager to the Alpine roundabout.

As Eric Baudouin, the development director of Logeal Immobilière, explains, “we have the ambition to further and quickly develop housing to support the construction of the EPR”.

Eighteen homes will be under controlled accession, a system which allows new properties to be purchased below market prices.

The other apartments will be in supported rental housing, that is to say they will be accessible according to different resource ceilings, to have a mix of population.

The ambition is to welcome elderly people and couples. There will be a majority of T2s, T3s and some T4s.

Work in two phases

Aurélie Ermel, operations manager on this project, indicates that the islands will be “relatively low. We will have three buildings facing the street and two below. On average, they will be on three levels, to respect the local town planning plan.

All these accommodations will have a balcony and the residents will have a landscaped island heart.

The building permit for the entire project is currently being processed. Work could start in the second half of 2026.

The project would consist of two phases: the design of 50 housing units over 18 months and the same thing for the second phase.
