A crime still mysterious. Thursday October 10, 2024, a man was shot and killed in Montreuil in Seine-Saint-Denis, tells us a source close to the file, confirming information from Actu17. The perpetrator of the fatal shooting fled. An investigation was opened to intentional homicide.
A shell casing found near the victim
It was around 8:30 p.m. that shots rang out at the level from rue du Jardin-École. Alerted by residents, the police discovered the body of a man lying on the ground on site. The latter, aged around twenty, was treated by emergency services, but died from his injuries. A socket 9 mm caliber was found next to the victim.
The criminal brigade seized
According to our information, the perpetrator of the shooting fled on foot towards rue du Bel Air after the fact. For the moment, he has not yet been arrested. A murder investigation was opened and entrusted to the criminal brigade. The victim would already be known to the police for minor crimes.
