Traffic is practically at a standstill in the outward direction on the eastern ring road of Caen (Calvados) this Tuesday, October 8, 2024 in the morning. After an accident near the Calix viaduct, one lane was neutralized.
Several kilometers of traffic jams
Bison Futé and Waze identify major traffic jams going from Ifs, south of the ring road, to the viaduct in the outward direction. Same difficulties coming from Paris where Bison Futé lists 1.2 km of traffic jams. According to the site, the accident was material with two vehicles involved.
