Like every weekend, the editorial staff of The New Republic du Loir-et-Cher has listed ideas for cultural, festive and leisure outings for you this weekend from May 10 to 12, 2024.
The New Trad Fest festival, the first edition of which will last from May 8 to 11 in Saint-Aignan, will highlight traditional music. Balls, shows, concerts and even dance workshops are on the program.
La Pyramide, in Vendôme, will host the last concerts of the Guitar Festival, including that of Michel Leeb and the Brass Messengers, Sunday, at 5 p.m.
Note that a gathering of old Wolskwagen cars (Beetle, Combi, etc.) will take place on Saturday on the banks of the Loire in Chissay-en-Touraine.
The various tourist sites and castles of Loir-et-Cher will of course be open this long weekend. But it is better to choose your time carefully because the crowds are expected to be large.
Without forgetting other shows and concerts, heritage visits and various activities.
