This Saturday, at midday, the backstage of the Zénith buzzed with intense activity. The final preparations for today’s two sessions at 3 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. of “Molière, the urban opera” are underway. The rather impressive decor and the accompanying screen wall will reveal all their effects and majesty in front of the approximately 12,000 spectators who will attend the three sessions of the weekend.

On the artist side, who warms up their voices, who reviews movements, who revises dance steps. And it’s during a makeup session that we find one of the regionals from , the blonde Lou, spotted during season 3 of The Voice Kids. “The show gave me great visibility. I had the chance to meet the right people, I was able to make albums, act in TV films on TF1 but I wanted to experience a common adventure with other people. I was told about the casting for “Molière”, I passed it and ended up in the troupe!”

Visibly happy, the young girl who took on the role of Amande Béjart – “the daughter of Madeleine Béjart who abandoned her a little to live from her passion alongside Molière” – appreciates the team spirit, “the side human and caring” of each speaker.

You only have to see the enthusiasm of Shaina Pronzola who plays Marquise to be convinced: “Next month, we will have been on stage for a year and that’s a joy! I also have the chance to “to play a role that suits me quite well because Dove Attia and the team who chose us made sure to find characters who don’t stray too far from us, from our personalities in real life.”

The hidden talents being figure skating and rollerblading for Shaina, it is therefore on a pair of rollerblades that the director, Ladislas Chollat, propels her on stage for her greatest pleasure: “I still remember the day when I was taken and it was an explosion of stars in my heart, in my mind, it was crazy!”

For his part, PETiTOM, the Quebec artist who embodies the great man, says nothing else: “It’s the best show in which I have been able to play for the moment because there is a beautiful cohesion between actors, singers, dancers, which makes the project so beautiful and the public feels it, I have the impression.

With his friend Vike (who plays Louis Béjart, Molière’s friend, former participant in season 11 of The Voice), he smilingly highlights their performance: “We play 2 hours of show with 20 minutes of intermission and on Saturday it’s a double session, which is 4 hours 40 minutes, so it’s athletics!”
