Michel Blanc died this Friday at the age of 72, his entourage announced this Friday. A figure in French cinema, he was made famous by the film “Les Bronzés” where he played the role of the iconic Jean-Claude Dusse.
“He made the whole audience laugh”
An extraordinary actor who is in the hearts of the French. When his death was announced, everyone had a word to salute the career of Michel Blanc, including Hervé who remembered, moved, his favorite scene. “When he was stuck on a chairlift and no one was there to help him. He was funny, he made the whole audience laugh,” he remembers.
Jean-Claude Dusse, the clumsy one, is also the character that Ariane remembers, who will never stop laughing at Michel Blanc’s lines. “For me, it’s always the ski scene when he goes to the station and he takes the wrong station,” she remembers. “Now I know that every time I go skiing, I will check my train ticket so I am not like him and I will think of him,” she adds.
“He was a huge actor”
