Fourteen brands will offer more than 50 positions on fixed-term, permanent or student contracts relating to professions such as sales advisor, assistant store manager or even cashier hostess.

As part of the “URW for Jobs” program, deployed in all the shopping centers of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield group, the Toison d’Or center is launching the recruitment season.

On Wednesday May 15 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the center is organizing, in collaboration with its brands and France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi), a major Job Dating session. On this occasion, 14 brands have positioned themselves and more than fifty offers will be available. Ready-to-wear, catering, cosmetics and many other sectors are recruiting their future talents before the summer. On your CVs!

A format that encourages meetings and exchanges

Shopping centers, as a place of daily life for many French people, are the perfect places where residents who are far from employment and local recruiters can meet in a neutral manner. “URW for Jobs”, an initiative of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Group, aims to create employment opportunities for residents who have difficulty finding employment. As an economic and social player in Dijon, the Toison d’Or center aspires to be a driver of regional development by strengthening its role in the employment sector. In addition, the center is committed to its brands in their recruitment dynamic.

Building on the success of previous editions, the Toison d’Or Job Dating returns on Wednesday May 15, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This event is open to all, with a strong desire to reach out to the general public and reach young people but also people far from employment. The event is designed so that candidates meet directly with several recruiters in a 7-10 minute speed dating format, thus optimizing their chances of landing a position suited to their skills and aspirations. It’s also a huge time saver for recruiters, as well as an opportunity for them to find the ideal candidate from a diversity of talent.

For this new edition, 14 brands are mobilizing for this day, like 3 Brasseurs, Blue Box, Bonobo, Carrefour, Darty, Eram, etc. The brands will offer more than 50 positions on fixed-term, permanent or student contracts to land a position as a sales advisor, assistant store manager, cashier, etc.

Note that in 2023, 700 visitors tried their luck and nearly 400 interviews were carried out.

The participating brands are: 3 Brasseurs, Blue Box, Bonobo, Carrefour, Darty, Eram, Father & sons, Intersport, La Boutique du coiffureur, La Halle, Primark, SPIE, Waterdrop and Zara.

A Job Dating day in two parts

The Job Dating day will be offered in two stages:
in the morning, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the session will be reserved for candidates registered via France Travail,
in the afternoon, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., will be freely accessible to all candidates looking for a new professional opportunity.
Candidates must present themselves with a printed CV to meet the recruiters!

Beyond this Job Dating session, all of the candidates’ CVs will be shared with all La Toison d’Or brands in order to increase applicants’ chances.
