The exhibition “Nothing is missing”, bringing together Baya and Neïla Czermak Ichti at the Museum of Fine Arts in Nîmes, ends on Sunday October 6.

Opened in the spring as part of La Contemporaine de Nîmes, the exhibition “Rien nemiss” brings together the legend of Algerian painting Baya and the young Neïla Czermak Ichti. Thanks to prestigious loans, notably from the Maeght foundation, the exhibition allows you to immerse yourself in the colors and the singular universe of Baya and to initiate a dialogue across generations, through several themes, women, chimeras and music.

The exhibition ends this weekend. A cultural program allows you to rediscover the exhibition. This Saturday, October 5, at 10:30 a.m., workshop “A Queen of Sheba on a Spider’s Web”, from 14 years old, to land on a piece of web and like a spider artist, weaving, tracing, superimposing, inking , discover drawing with a note pen and the power of color. €5.

Also on Saturday, guided tours take place at 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

And for those latecomers, this Sunday October 6 is the first of the month and entry to the museum is free. From €3 to €8.
