During the IFTM, TourMaG unveiled a new series of videos entitled “A day with…“, which offers an immersion into the daily life of a professional in the tourism sector.
In this first episode, the camera follows Jérôme Balandraud, director of the travel agency Les Planéteurs. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Jérôme Balandraud has instilled dynamism in his teams.
The Les Planeteurs agency offers its trips to both individuals and businesses. The agency distinguishes several profiles: those who, although in a hurryknow exactly what they want but do not have the time to organize their trip, and who benefit from the agency’s services like a assistant butler ; and those who simply have a general ideaa destination or an atmosphere in mind, for which the agency plays its role of travel designerby designing a tailor-made trip.
