Diadji Sarr tamed (34-30) DUC, Saturday April 27 at the Rufisque public garden during the meeting of the 6th day of the National 1 women’s championship. According to Agnès Sylva, author of 3 goals, she and her teammates won DUC because they respected their coach’s instructions.
“We are very happy to have beaten DUC, because we know that this match was not going to be easy. But we respected the coach’s instructions, that’s why we won. The first period was a little difficult for us, but we managed to change the game in the second period to win the match,” declared Agnès Sylva.
“Coming to Dakar, we were convinced that we can return to Saint-Louis with 3 points of success, because we prepared well to win DUC which is not at its best level. In any case, our objective was to do everything to follow up with another victory,” explained the woman who scored three goals in this meeting.
For Diadji Sarr’s objective, Agnès Sylva informs that Diadji Sarr aims to do better than during the previous season.
“Last year Diadji Sarr won the Senegal Cup, so this season, we will try to retain our title and also win the title of champion of Senegal 2024,” informs Agnès Sylva.
