Imagine a Quebec which, in the midst of global protectionism, opens up to new horizons and seizes business opportunities on four continents.
Quebec must become the gateway to North America for our French-speaking partners and a springboard to Africa, Europe, Asia and elsewhere for our strategic allies in sectors of the future such as technology. , renewable energies and infrastructure. Together we can build bridges to a more sustainable and prosperous future.
