Update. Friday April 26 at 8 a.m.: They were indicted on Thursday April 25 for destruction of property resulting in total incapacity for work for less than eight days. The maximum penalty provided for for this offense is 15 years of criminal imprisonment. They were placed under judicial supervision, with “as obligations: curfew from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., ban on going to the town of Montbonnot Saint-Martin, ban on frequenting the co-author and obligation to follow education,” specifies the parquet.
A major breakthrough in the investigation. Two minors, aged 14 and 15, were arrested this Wednesday April 24 by the gendarmes of the Meylan company.
The arrests following investigations carried out in the context of the Montbonnot-Saint-Martin fire, according to information from the Dauphinéconfirmed at news Grenoble.

The vast majority of residents had been there since 2009 and the inauguration of the building. The arrest of the two individuals could mean the end of the investigation and the start of the renovation of the building.
