TF1 launched the brand new season of Secret Story this Tuesday, April 23 during an eventful prime. Throughout the show, a female voice took the role of The Voice and we finally know who it is.

An evening full of twists and turns. After seven years of waiting, fans of Secret Story attended the big return of the show on TF1 this Tuesday, April 23. And after so many years, changes had been planned by production, including a major one. The day before the launch, Dominique Duforest, known for playing La Voix, announced that he was leaving his position. “I stop! Because first of all, the show ended for seven years and in the meantime, I had a life. I still did eleven seasons. I think I’m one of the only people on the show to have done all eleven seasons. […] I wanted to pass the baton to La Voix which will follow so that it too is dubbed by the viewers and by the candidates“, he declared, leaving his place to a female voice during the prime. It was ultimately just a hoax, Dominique Duforest made his return at the end of the show.
Secret Story 2024 : who is hiding behind the false Voice?
Throughout the show, it was a female voice who communicated with the candidates or even with Christophe Beaugrand. If many viewers were surprised and thought it was an AI, this Voice does have a name. It was in the end credits that it was revealed and it is Zoé Bettant, an actress who also does dubbing. She notably did the voice of Lily Winters in The Young and the Restless or even Glenda Farrell in The Scott brothers. She also communicated on her LinkedIn account: “Here is the voice. Thank you TF1, Thank you Endemol for this incredible adventure which begins for me as the New Voice of Secret Story“.
