Köhn (7): He may have taken too long to get down to Yamal’s goal, even though the prodigy’s strike was superbly placed. Apart from a misunderstanding with Salisu, he was very focused to get out far from his goal in front of Raphinha (52nd) or catch a precious ball in the air at the very end of the match. Reliable.
Lion (8) : Lined up on the right wing, the Ivorian was very solid in the duel. Author of a big comeback in front of Raphinha when the Brazilian was heading for goal (13th) and a very serious match. Some of his crosses deserved better.
Sweeper (7) : The German often played simply, relying on good positioning and a clean restart. He nevertheless gave himself a scare twice, on a small greed in the middle and a missed intervention in the last quarter of an hour. Fortunately, there was no damage to his team.
Salisu (8) : In contact until the end, he was unable to block Yamal’s shot on goal. Except for his misunderstanding with Köhn, Salisu delivered an impeccable performance. Attentive to cut off dangerous balls and solid throughout the match. His performance helped to extinguish Robert Lewandowski.
Vanderson (5) : He struggled to defend against Yamal and sometimes left big spaces behind him by deciding to come out high. Naive, he lost a decisive duel before the goal was conceded but also showed great activity. He could have scored with a curling shot (57th) and his delicious pass sent Ilenikhena towards the goal for 2-1. Exhausted, he was replaced by Mawissa (88th), cautioned in the process.
Zakaria (8) : Very often well placed, the Swiss has again plugged gaps and recovered quite a few balls that he was able to give back cleanly afterwards. The master of tempo, too, when it was necessary to calm the game down. Boss.
Camara (5) : The Senegalese made some well-judged passes in the opposing camp but also lost balls and was quickly cautioned (36th). Sometimes feverish, he was replaced by Golovin (46th). The Russian brought control and skill.

I am Seghir (6): He stunned his opponents several times but also came up against Koundé. A shot on target and a tight cross into the area. A big defensive activity to help Vanderson contain Yamal. Replaced by Balogun (69th), author of a heavy shot pushed back by the strong arm of Ter Stegen (81st) and who thought he had provoked a penalty before the video intervened (85th).
Embolo (4) : Often well-placed and found by his partners, he lacked the killer side. Twice, he found Ter Stegen in his path with a shot that was too soft at close range (14th) and a powerful shot that was pushed back (32nd). Often offside, too. Replaced by Ilenikhena (59th), scorer for the victory (72nd). His call in depth on the edge of offside was superb and his powerful shot pierced the Catalan goalkeeper. “Clutch”, as they say in basketball!
