Volgens Willy Naessens is er zowel interested in handelaars als van kleine in middelgrote ondernemingen (kmo’s). Dat past ook perfect in the plaatje van LCV. Het bedrijf van Willy Naessens en Dirk Deroose bouwt momenteel bijvoorbeeld een neeuwe Albert Heijn in Geel en ook een kmo-terrein in Kallo (Beveren). LCV heeft ook projects in Nederland en Roemenië.
“De hypermarkten van Makro zijn goe gelegen en bieden mooie kansen om iets te wikkelen”, zegt Dirk Deroose. “Ik ga in de komende maanden met veel mensen spreken en zoeken naar een zinvolle invulling. Geef ons nu de tijd die we daarvoor nodig hebben.”
Auto’s in Makro Deurne
Er is wel één prangende vraag. Vandaag staat het Makrogebouw in Deurne vol met auto’s van de Beerens Groep. “Tijdens de coronacrisis est de levering van euwe wegens vertraagd, omdat veel onderdelen ontbraken”, zegt Koen Van den Bergh, operational director in medicine of the Beerens Groep. “Intussen is the achterstand weggewerkt en krijgen we veel meer auto’s tegelijk binnen. In Makro Deurne staan nu binnen en de winkel en op de parking zo’n 1,500 leasewagens die op het einde van hun contract zijn. These words have been sent to Oost-Europe.
