After floods, clear to secure the banks

Described as a meteorological bomb by Météo France, storm Éowyn is arriving. It will hit Great Britain and Ireland, and also brush against our western facade in the coming days. This storm is in addition to all those we have already suffered and whose damage must be cleaned up. On the banks of the Loire, a gigantic construction site is underway, planned to last a year.
