The manager of the establishment, shocked, gave her testimony to Ouest-: “Troyes supporters were drinking in the café before going to the match. The Laval fans who were walking up the street to go to the stadium saw them. They threw a smoke bomb into the window to provoke them. It landed in the blind which started to catch fire.
