After hands from Odoi, STVV got a penalty and of course the Cameroonian put himself behind the ball. And of course they missed. He was only lucky that Lammens could not push his bet to the outside so that he could still take care of 1-1. And for those who doubt it: of course he went after the Antwerp fans Jennen.
A little later he also unpacked with a fuss, but his attempt was too weak. The equalizer gave STVV a boost, because Antwerp no longer came out and Lammens had to prevent Brahimi from making it 2-1 with a deviated shot.

Enough opportunities
Only after ten minutes in the second half Antwerp came back better in the match and suddenly Kokubo had to save twice to an attempt adekami. Not that STVV let itself be uncomfortable, because the canaries could threaten them via Ogawa and Lamkel and Brahimi also tested Lammens with a long shot. Doumbia did the same with Kokubo across the street. Both teams had more than enough chances to score a second time, but a new goal did not fall. In between, Belaid did escape red after an attack on Gyrano Church. The Dutchman, on the other hand, could not continue.
Against Westerlo, Antwerp forced a winning goal in the absolute slot, but that was not there this time. In the injury time, on the other hand, Riedewald was even sent with red from the field. Antwerp is so painful losing points on Stayen.
