“THERE ARE TWO FIRE ESCAPERS”

Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu said, “Our pain is great. We have 51 injured people. One of them is in serious condition and is in intensive care. We have discharged 17 of them. They are in good condition.” he said.

Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy stated that the hotel was inspected in 2021 and 2024 and said, “Fire qualification licenses were requested.” he said. Ersoy said, “To date, no negative situation has been reported to us by the fire brigade regarding fire adequacy.” he said.

Ersoy stated that there are two fire escapes in the hotel.
