Erica's first season has just ended on TF1! It remains to be seen whether a second season will be ordered by the channel. Here's what could happen in a potential sequel!

Erica's first season has just ended on TF1! And the least we can say is that the novelist seems to have finally found a balance. Now a mother and engaged to Patrick (Grégory Fitoussi), Erica (Julie de Bona) has settled in her hometown, Port-Clément, to start her little family.

But then, if the first channel decided to offer a second season to the series, what could happen there? Assuming that it is Camilla Läckberg's next three books which will be adapted subsequently, as was the case this year, we can already reveal a few small elements to you.

Erica and Patrick should get married in the rest of the series

First of all, we should quickly attend the wedding of the two lovers. The first two episodes of a potential season will probably be the scene of the organization of the ceremony and the union of the couple.

On the other hand, be aware that a new arrival at the police station may well shake up Patrick's organization. Immediately appreciated by everyone, will the young woman succeed in winning the favor of the police captain?

Subsequently, Patrick should choose to take parental leave in order to take care of his child and give Erica time to write her new novel. But things will take a surprising turn when the young woman comes across a trunk belonging to her deceased mother in which she finds drawings of Erica and her sister, Anna, when they were children.

We should know more about Erica's mother in the sequel

This will therefore be an opportunity to learn more about Erica's mother and to understand her personality a little better. Finally, another investigation could well give rise to conflicts in the relationship of the novelist and Patrick when the young woman begins to do research of her own, against the advice of her husband.

Suffice to say that we still have a lot of things to discover! To see or (re)see Ericago to TF1 to discover the series for free and in full.
