A violent fire broke out last night at the bowling alley located near the Alma shopping center in Rennes. Firefighters intervened around 3 a.m. The building is largely destroyed. The fire, still in progress, is now contained. There is no longer any risk of spread to nearby stores.

-Around sixty firefighters from Ille-et-Vilaine are still responding since 3 a.m. this Monday, January 20, to the fire that ravaged the bowling alley near the Alma shopping center, located rue du Bosphore in Rennes. According to firefighters, the building was largely destroyed by the flames. The fire is not yet under control but it is contained and is no longer likely to spread to the two nearby stores, “King Cadeau” and “Kiabi”.
There were no injuries but 1100 m2 burned out of a total area of 2400 m2.
